These Terms and Conditions govern your use of coaching services provided by Guiding Light Results & Spiritual Coaching. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
- The Coach agrees to provide you with one-on-one coaching sessions as part of the 8-Week Clarity & Confidence Journey program, or other agreed services.
- Coaching may include life, mindset, or spiritual mentoring. Techniques such as closed eye processes, imaginative processes, meditation, breathwork, tarot, energy healing, journaling, crystal therapy, and other complementary practices may be offered with your consent.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, as well as any decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching sessions.
- Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should seek appropriate professional support where necessary.
- You agree to be on time for all scheduled sessions.
- You agree to arrive prepared and ready to participate with honesty and openness.
- You agree to complete agreed activities or practices between sessions to support your progress.
3. Session Attendance and Rescheduling
- Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- In emergencies, efforts will be made to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment for the program is required prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and pro-rata refunds.
5. Confidentiality
- All information you share is treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, relates to illegal activity, or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
- Session notes are securely stored. Testimonials or anonymised examples are only used with your written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guiding Light Results & Spiritual Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your participation in the program.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the services.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute.
8. Testimonials & Data Use
- Testimonials or anonymised examples from your coaching experience will only be used with your prior written consent.
- For professional certification purposes, your name and contact details may be provided to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to confirm that coaching sessions have taken place.
- No details about the content of your sessions will ever be shared with the ICF or any other third party without your explicit consent.
